Carole King

Raising your vibration is simply one of the fastest ways to see the Law of Attraction in action in your life. If you start to feel good the universe will immediately begin aligning itself to bring you your desires and as long as you maintain that feeling it is possible that everything you want will show up in your life with lightening speed.
Unfortunately many people still do not understand the importance of this very simple practice and they go from seminar to seminar, book to book and guru to guru because they think, just as I did at one time, that there is something that they do not know, so they find themselves continually searching for the Missing Ingredient, the one elusive piece of information that will take them to where they want to be.
Being positive and keeping your vibration levels high enables you to attract your desires quickly and efficiently, if you are deliberately trying to attract something and your vibration is low you will most likely get poor results, often you will get exactly the opposite to what you wanted. So it is important to keep your spirit up lifted, keep your mood light and happy and be sure to keep your thoughts positive.
How do you go about raising your level of vibration?
Watch the company you keep – there are many negative people in world and if you spend your time associating with them you will be sucked down into a pool of negative talk that will assure you of attracting negative situations. It is much easier for a negative person to pull you down than it is for you to pull them up.
Surround yourself with joy – spend your time doing the things you enjoy with the people you enjoy. We all at times must do things that we do not particularly enjoy doing but not many people go out of their way to plan events that they do enjoy. Do not make the negative your primary focus. Make an effort to bring joy into your day. It does not have to be a huge activity it could be as simple as going for a stroll, as long as it is something you enjoy.
Limit media intake – we all know how negative the media can be. Newspapers, TV and the Internet alike can easily fill your mind with images of doom and gloom. Make a conscious effort to limit the amount of news that you watch. Take that half an hour that you would normally spend watching the evening news and read and uplifting book, play with your kids or chat with your spouse. It is entirely up to you how much negative information you consume, you have the power to limit it and spend your time feeding your mind with information that will lift your spirit and help you to grow.
Seek out positive influences and people – take a look at the things and people that influence you. Are they mostly positive? If they are then great, but if not make a decision to surround yourself with information, people and events that will help you to improve your life.
Following these simple tips will help you to live a more positive life and therefore raise your vibration level so that you can begin to attract the life that you truly desire.

Tapestry-Legacy Edition (2-CD) $8.85 The striking cover photo says plenty about Carole King’s wildly successful 1971 album Tapestry. Carole, barefoot in a bulky sweater and old jeans, was the obvious poster girl for a striking new singer/songwriter movement about to take the world by storm. A proven thoroughbred pop-song maven with a long track record of winners, King and songwriting partner Gerry Goffin had penned over 100 chart hit… |

Tapestry $4.94 Carole King was famous as a writer of girl-group hits in the ’60s. In 1971, she became more famous. That’s the year Tapestry became one of the biggest-selling LPs of all time. It’s easy to hear why–the music is loose, earthy, L.A. session-pop. King is casual, intimate, and tough; she covers all the emotional ground of the post-liberated woman with ease. She brings adult nuance to “Will You St… |
